Ridgeville Telephone Company & RTEC Communications offices continue to be open however our lobby will be closed to public access effective Monday, July 27, 2020 to minimize the threat of COVID-19.  Please contact our offices via telephone for any needs or email info@rtecexpress.net.  New & existing customers may make an appointment to visit our office for the completion of paperwork or this can also be completed remotely – via email, fax or US mail.

We ask that you consider using the drop box or the online SmartHub application from www.rtecexpress.net to make payments, as alternatives to coming into our offices.  Payments may also be placed in the drop box at each office, by calling the office or via USPS.

If you have an issue or scheduled appointment with us and you or someone you have been in contact with is not feeling well or have been around those that are sick, please let us know.  We can reschedule your appointment or possibly work with you remotely to resolve your issue without entering the premise.

This is for your protection as well as the protection of our staff.

As a public utility company, Ridgeville Telephone Company receives updates directly from the Governor’s office on a daily basis and will continue to keep you informed of any changes at our offices.
