Ridgeville Telephone Company & RTEC Communications offices will open to public access on Monday, June 1 with the following restrictions to minimize the threat of COVID-19.
- Only 1 person or 1 family unit will be admitted in to our lobby at a time.
- Our staff will wear masks for your protection, we encourage you to do the same.
- We will sanitize the counter area after each customer visit, please be patient if you are asked to wait to enter until this is complete.
Please continue to contact our offices via telephone for any needs or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ask that you consider using the drop box or the online SmartHub application from www.rtecexpress.net to make payments, as alternatives to coming into our offices.
If you have an issue or scheduled appointment with us and you or someone you have been in contact with is not feeling well or have been around those that are sick, please let us know. We can reschedule your appointment or possibly work with you remotely to resolve your issue without entering the premise.
This is for your protection as well as the protection of our staff.
As a public utility company, Ridgeville Telephone Company receives updates directly from the Governor’s office on a daily basis and will continue to keep you informed of any changes at our offices.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 419-267-5185 or 419-267-8800.
