Ridgeville Telephone Company & RTEC Communications offices continue to be open and available at this time to make sure customers are taken care of and services run smoothly.

We ask that you consider using the drop box or the online SmartHub application from to make payments, as alternatives to coming into our offices.

If you or someone you have been in contact with is not feeling well, we ask that you please do not come in. If you have an issue or scheduled appointment with us and, again, do not feel well or have been around those that are sick, please let us know.  We can reschedule your appointment or possibly work with you remotely to resolve your issue without entering the premise.

This is for your protection as well as the protection of our staff.

As a public utility company, Ridgeville Telephone Company receives updates directly from the Governor’s office on a daily basis and will continue to keep you informed of any changes at our offices.
